Fermah was founded by Dr. Vanishree Rao. She has been designing and building ZK for over 15 years and has a PhD in cryptography from UCLA.

Job Description

As our Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our community. You will be the bridge between the company and its users, fostering engagement, driving communication, and ensuring our community feels heard, valued, and involved in our mission. You will work closely with Pranit, our CMO, to align community activities with the company’s goals.

Your mission is to make us the best community in all of ZK 🙂

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community across various platforms including Discord, Telegram, and any other channels we implement
• Foster a positive, active, and engaged community environment by responding to user inquiries, facilitating discussions, and moderating content
• Organize and host community events such as poker nights, voice chats, etc.

Content Creation and Management:

• Coordinate with the marketing team to ideate around content and ensure content aligns with broader marketing strategies and campaigns
• Share announcements and updates with the community on Discord, Telegram, and other channels

Community Feedback and Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner
• Gather and relay community feedback to internal teams to inform product development and improvements

Community Growth and Advocacy:

• Identify and engage with key community advocates and influencers to amplify our reach and impact
• Strategize and implement referral programs to incentivize community growth and engagement
• Manually onboard community members to help us build our first 1000 true fans

Metrics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on community activities, sentiment, and growth to inform company strategies.
