We are a seed-stage, stealth-mode rocket ship on a mission to accelerate adoption of zero-knowledge proofs. While the demand to generate proofs is exploding, the web3 ecosystem lacks a scalable infrastructure to generate proofs. We are building a cost-efficient and performant marketplace for proof generation, where the supply is a distributed network of GPUs, FPGAs and ASICs around the world.

Our company is led and founded by a renowned cryptographer, Dr. Vanishree Rao (Twitter/X, LinkedIn), who led cryptography for the Mina Protocol and a suite of projects at IOHK. She has obtained her PhD in cryptography with Prof. Amit Sahai at UCLA, where she published multiple papers on zero-knowledge proofs and many other cryptography topics at Tier 1 conferences.

Job Description

The Web3 Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of growth-driven marketing strategies. The individual in this role will identify target demographics and design campaigns that address target groups’ specific needs. The Web3 Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, adoption, and growth of the user base; assessing the strength of marketing initiatives, and adjusting marketing campaigns as needed.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, brand recognition, and community engagement
● Define brand and position organization as a key leader in the Web3 and zero-knowledge (ZK) space
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to create meaningful content that addresses the organization’s strategic advantage
● Create compelling and informative content for various social media platforms such as Twitter/X, Discord, etc.
● Simplify intricate web3 concepts that educate, captivate, and motivate non-technical audiences to embrace our product
● Define, monitor and leverage results-focused KPIs to deliver successful campaigns
● Identify key strategic partners and opportunities to promote company brand
● Conduct market research on similar companies or comparable marketing initiatives
● Maintain position and relevance in Web3 space

What you need to succeed

● Experience in marketing roles; most importantly in Web3 and ZK space
● Ability to create strong narratives with a thorough understanding of blockchain and ZK technology
● Proficiency in marketing analytics tools
● Exemplary communication skills, particularly across diverse audiences and platforms
● Aptitude for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies
● Proven capacity to develop initiatives from inception, adapt swiftly, and adjust course as necessary to navigate evolving market dynamics
● Ability to effectively prioritize and thrive in a culture of excellence and delivery
● Grit necessary to function at fast-paced start-up
