Job Description: Panga Capital is seeking a proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the marketing and branding of Panga Capital, including organizing and attending key industry events, managing social media engagement, and coordinating internal and external communications. Additionally, the candidate will provide administrative support, including logistics, travel coordination, and managing day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English skills, experience or an interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, and the ability to liaise with internal teams and external partners efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Event Coordination

· Event Research and Participation: Identify relevant industry events such as conferences, panels, AMAs, and networking events where Panga Capital can participate as a speaker, host, or sponsor.

· Event Representation: Attend key industry events and represent Panga Capital to enhance brand visibility and connect with potential partners.

· Social Media and Branding: Support the development and execution of social media campaigns to improve brand recognition on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

· Event Logistics: Coordinate the logistics for hosted events, including securing venues, organizing invitations, creating event agendas, and handling reception duties.

Administrative Support

· Team Travel Coordination: Book flights, hotels, and transportation for the team for both internal meetings and external events.

· General Administration: Provide administrative support such as account openings, office management, document handling, and internal scheduling.

· Operational Support: Assist with organizing internal meetings, tracking projects, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarine (spoken and written) is required

Experience:

  • Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative roles is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is preferred, though not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to drive social media campaigns and engagement.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse group of people, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
