Position Overview: Panga Capital is seeking a BioDAO Community Manager to engage and grow its portfolios’ vibrant community of researchers, biotech professionals, and Web3 enthusiasts. This role will involve community building, content creation, event management, and collaboration with researchers to promote the decentralized biotech mission.

Key Responsibilities:

· Community Growth & Engagement: Build and engage a global community of biotech professionals, researchers, and developers on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.

· Content Creation: Develop and share educational content to keep the community informed about BioDAO projects, decentralized biotech research, and Web3 applications in biotech.

· Event Management: Organize and moderate online events such as AMAs, webinars, and community calls, focusing on decentralized biotech’s initiatives.

· Collaboration: Work with BioDAO researchers and teams to relay community feedback and ensure alignment between community engagement and ongoing biotech projects.

· Advocacy & Education: Advocate for the value of decentralized research, helping educate the community on the benefits of blockchain and DAOs in biotech.

Qualifications:

· Community Management Experience: Proven experience managing communities in Web3, biotech, or related fields.

· Biotech Knowledge: Familiarity with biotechnology and longevity research is a plus.

· Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.

· Event & Platform Management: Experience organizing events and managing communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.

· Passion for Decentralization: A strong interest in decentralized technologies and their potential to disrupt the biotech industry.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in decentralized communities or DAOs.

· Basic content creation skills (Canva, social media tools).
