About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and crypto-native product and marketing specialist who thrives in the world of Web3 and possesses a strong grasp of the market landscape and trends. This role offers the opportunity to take the reins of our marketing, product positioning, strategy for go to market, and to facilitate technical partnerships, shaping the brand and scaling the network's impact globally.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of product positioning, strategic go to market.
• Go to Market and Product Positioning: Drive the narrative around the new capability we are creating in omnichain data access scaling, positioning Optimum as the clear market leader.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, engineering, and business teams to align marketing initiatives with product vision and business goals, develop relevant KPIs for success and make technically informed decisions.
• Marketing Management: Organize and participate in key blockchain events, and marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive user adoption.
• Brand Development: Build a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels (social media, blog, industry publications, etc.) and develop meaningful partnerships.

Ideal Candidate:

• Crypto-native: Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and DeFi ecosystems, ability to identify the right stakeholders.
• Focused on Product Positioning: Driven to build something groundbreaking from the ground up and lead it to become the dominant player in its field.
• Content and Storytelling: Exceptional skills in crafting narratives that resonate with crypto communities and stakeholders, particularly in a fast-moving, competitive environment.
• Collaborative and Adaptable: Able to work effectively in a distributed, remote team environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, product positioning and building technical partnerships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• A deep expertise in blockchain technology, scalability solutions, and decentralized infrastructure.
• Understanding of network protocols, blockchain scaling challenges, and omnichain architectures is a plus.
