Job Responsibilities

1. Handling full set of financial statements under “Xero” platform and reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses.
2. Managing relationship with our booking teams “Sleek Team” and “Osome Team” to ensure all statutory reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Managing the operation and budgeting of our procurement system “Precoro” and approving
4. reimbursement to employees.
5. Reviewing, monitoring and managing our financial budgets to prevent the occurrence of
6. over-budget and ensure the budgets are realistic. Perform cost analysis and develop cost models to streamline processes.
7. Handling the bank payments and receipts operation, assisting in creation of bank accounts, filling in bank account onboarding/ application forms, handling banking relationships and maintaining proper bank account records.
8. Formulating and implementing comprehensive financial and operational frameworks, policies, and quality benchmarks to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
9. Managing key financial relationships - bank, auditors, and regulators, as well as tax and
10. regulatory compliance.
11. Assisting financial and operational ad-hoc tasks from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in accounting field within the financial services industry, preferably with experience in derivatives or trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, account receivable, account payable, taxation and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia) may be required.
