Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling our innovative Blaz+ products to a wide range of clients within the blockchain and fintech industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for Blaz+ Smart Contract Real-Time Analysis and Blaz+ Alert products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the blockchain sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored Blaz+ solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
Provide feedback from the market to the product development team to help shape future product enhancements and releases.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote Fuzz.land Blaz+ products and build professional relationships.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the blockchain, fintech, or cybersecurity sectors. Tracking experience of annual sales over $1M.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts security.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
