Tasker AI is a YC-backed company developing a the easiest way to build AI agents for automation of workflows and screen scraping. You must be living at San Francisco at the time of the application, this is an in-person role and there will be an in-person interview.


  • Plan, organize, and execute bi-weekly events and bi-annual conferences tailored to the AI agent/ AI tech ecosystem.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site logistics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure events are effectively promoted and achieve attendance targets.
  • Evaluate the success of each event and provide detailed reports on outcomes and attendee feedback.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure Tasker AI's events are innovative and engaging.
  • Plan organize weekly recorded webinars


  • Extensive experience in event management, preferably within the tech sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and promoting large-scale conferences and events.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
